Perhaps the biggest impact of the use of biodiesel fuel instead of just plain diesel is on the human health and the environment. While not the only, but one of the main, positive features of Biodiesel is its relatively low impact on the environment compared to standard diesel fuel, there is some discussion about what the actual benefits are.

Whenever we talk about biodiesel we mean the process of converting waste vegetable oil to an alternative fuel called biodiesel (or biodiesel conversion) which is then poured into unmodified diesel tanks in place of petroleum-based diesel.

Additionally, for either tax credit on biodiesel cost, one of the following criteria must also be met; the biodiesel production company actually uses the biodiesel itself as a fuel; the biodiesel production company sells the biodiesel retail which is then used in the fuel tank of the buyer.
